On Thursday, April 3, 2025 you will have an opportunity to meet with your child(ren)'s semester 2 classroom teachers. Parent-Teacher Interviews will run from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and later in the evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. We strongly encourage you to book scheduled appointments with each of their teachers at times that that are convenient to you using our MS booking link. To accommodate the events of this day, students will be on a revised timetable with dismissal at 12:00pm and classes running 45 minutes in length. School buses will be picking up students upon dismissal. Please see the attached flyer from HWSTS. As we are soon approaching mid-term (hard to believe), please note that this is the best time to arrange a meeting with classroom teachers to get a clear snapshot of students' progress. The timing of this feedback will allow for strategic intervention for success if necessary. Please see the following attachments for transportation information and interview room locations (also posted around the building on Apr. 3rd).
Please be patient with the booking system as many parents are using it at the same time. There may be delays in the booking process. Also, the calendar will default to the month of March. Please click forward to April 3 to book your appointment.
